Thirteen Mars Private Limited, registered under Companies Act 2013  (referred to as "SAS Consultancy", "SAS Financial Solutions" and "SAS Loans" or "us" or "we") are the owner of the mobile application by the name SAS Loans ("App") and websites and ("Website" or "Websites").

In order to provide you the services of our App, we may collect data such as your:

✦ Email address

✦ Mobile number

This data is required when you register on our App. 


We require your consent to collect your transactional SMS and SMS log information (like salary credit, payment made, etc.) in order to better assess your loan eligibility and build your credit profile.
You can opt out of this at any point by accessing the settings in the App.
We neither access your call logs/contact list nor any sensitive information such as your OTP, debit/credit card details, etc. We only collect the information provided by you with your consent. Your information is safe with us.


We collect this information in order to –

✦ Provide you the services of our App.

✦ Reach out to you as and when required in case when you apply for a loan/special offer. 

✦ To respond to your queries/comments/complaints submitted to us.

✦ To provide you with technical support as and when required by you.

✦ For the purpose of verification of your identity.

✦ To avail the services of our App such as applying for loans, the user may need to provide additional information after registering on our App. This information will be collected only after the user’s permission.


By registering and/or continuing the use of our App, you give consent to us to collect and use your information which you shared for the purpose of providing services through the App.


Your data is safe with us. We will not share, rent or sell your data to any third parties. We may share your information with our partners (lending platforms, banks & NBFCs registered with RBI) only when you apply for a loan/special offer. 

We may share your information with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies if and when required/requested by them. 


You can request your data to be deleted by emailing us at with subject line “Delete My Data”. For requests to be eligible, the email must be sent by (1) the email address used to register on SAS Loans; or (2) the email address associated with the Google Account used to register on SAS Loans. Sending a request via a third party or non-registered email address is NOT eligible.

You may also initiate a data deletion request through our Android App by navigating to the Settings tab and selecting "My Privacy and Data Management". Within this section, you will find the option to initiate the data deletion process.

It may take up to 30 days for your request to be processed. Your account and its corresponding data will be deleted.


We may bring changes in our Privacy Policy as and when required, without informing the user. Any changes we make will be reflected on this page. The user is requested to regularly check back.
