SAS Loans offers Personal Loans starting from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 5 Lakhs through our RBI registered NBFC
partners along with Financial Awareness & Personal Finance Management Solutions for Salaried
Individuals.
A user is anyone who is using our app, i.e. individuals, businesses, etc. Your
continuous usage of our app means that you have read, understood and agreed to follow and abide by our
terms and conditions. If you disagree with our Terms & Conditions, then please do not use the app.
CHANGES IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may bring changes in our Terms and Conditions as and when required, without informing the user. Any changes we make will be reflected on this page. The user is requested to regularly check back.
USER GUIDELINES
You shall use our app and access the services provided in-app for your personal requirements only. You are not allowed to copy, re-publish, distribute our app and app content (i.e. text, images, logos) anywhere.
During any communication with our team, be it written or spoken, you shall not use any abusive or unparliamentary language.
You are solely responsible for the safety of your registered account with us by not sharing your sensitive information such as your OTP with anyone else. SAS Loans is not responsible for any loss incurred by you due to loss of your account due to negligence or loss/theft of your device.
SAS Loans and its partners NEVER ask for any sensitive financial details such as your debit/credit card's CVV, netbanking password, etc. BEWARE of such fraud calls/SMS/Emails. SAS Loans is not liable for any loss you incur from sharing your sensitive financial details to anyone.
*Approval and Disbursement of Loan is at the sole discretion of the lender.
LIABILITY
SAS Loans is not responsible for any communication that takes place between you and our partners/third parties. We are not liable for any disputes/ occurring between you and our partners/third parties.
